Rozgrzewka 15 min, 3 serie po 15 mostków na głowie, 15 przysiadów, 15 pompek, 15 brzuszków, stanie na głowie, skoki z miejsca w dal 5 razy jak najdalej, uchi komi przy pomocy 4 butów – 3 serie po 1 min na prawą i lewą stronę na dowolny rzut.  PAMIĘTAJCIE ZAWSZE ROBIMY PEŁNY OBRÓT – PRZODEM DO BUTÓW I TYŁEM DO BUTÓW 

SPRAWDZĘ PRZY NAJBLIŻSZEJ OKAZJI – OBIECUJĘ !!!!

  3. Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found
    a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and
    said „You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
    placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her
    ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off
    topic but I had to tell someone!
