Zawsze pamiętajcie o rozgrzewce – krążenia ramion, przód i tył, krążenia głowy, krążenia bioderek, przysiady kilka pompek i brzuszków

  • pajacyki – 5 serii po 30 sekund
  • podskoki obunóż – kolana jak najwyżej – 5 serii po 30 sekund
  • w podporze do pompek nie odrywając rąk skaczemy do kucania i wyrzucamy nogi w tył i tak 5 serii po 30 sekund
  • pompki francuskie – stajemy tyłem do łóżka, siadamy, opieramy dłonie na łóżku nogi prostujemy i trzymając się łóżka opuszczamy pupę w stronę podłogi i w górę – 5 serii po 30 sekund w miarę dobrym tempie
  • brzuszki, nogi zahaczone o łóżko i lecimy 5 serii po 20 brzuszków
    PAMIĘTACIE, ĆWICZYCIE DLA SIEBIE !!!

Przepis – Deser Maestro Romualdosa

pora na deser: bierzemy 4 – 6 jabłek, wydrążamy środek z gniazda nasiennego, które wyrzucamy do pojemnika z odpadami biodegradowalnymi. W uzyskanej dziurze chowamy cukierek marki krówka( najlepiej mordoklejka) od góry przykładamy czapeczkę z kruszonki. Tak przygotowane jabłka wkładamy na 13 minut do mocno nagrzanego piekarnika. Po wyjęciu zjadamy ze smakiem. SMACZNEGO

Czekam na waszą pomysłowość – wymyślamy kółko i krzyżyk, ale takie nasze własne – wyjątkowe.
