E – trening – ciało
Świeca, 15 mostków na głowie,
15 pompek,
15 brzuszków,
stanie na głowie,
skoki z miejsca w dal 5 razy jak najdalej,
skaczemy przez pas jak na skakance 2-3 min, kładziemy pas złożony i przeskakujemy obunóż z prawej na lewą 3 x 1 min cały czas,
wiążemy pas prawidłowo 3 razy
E – trening – umysł
