Rozgrzewka 15 min. pompki, brzuszki, przysiady, mostki, – po 20 razy. Stanie na głowie przy ścianie – ćwiczenia końcowe – rozciągające

Pamiętajcie judo powstało z ju jitsu poprzez wyeliminowanie niebezpiecznych dla zdrowia technik takich jak: dźwignie na inne stawy niż łokciowy, kopnięcia, uderzenia, rzuty niebezpieczne. Jigoro Kano robił to w 1882 roku zakładając 1 szkołę judo zwaną do dzisiaj Kodokan, w Japonii. Powstały też w tamtym czasie 3 zasady judo:
