Wymyśl 2 ćwiczenia związane z treningiem judo, pokaż jak należy je wykonać (krótki film) prawidłowo i nominuj 1 osobę z imienia i nazwiska a ta osoba musi zrobić te 2 ćwiczenia w ciągu max 2 dni. Potem nominowana osoba wymyśla inne 2 ćwiczenia pokazuje jak je wykonać i nominuje inną osobę z imienia i nazwiska by je wykonała itd.
